I release all employees of MIDWEST GOALIE SCHOOL LLC, and all host rink employees, from responsibility for any injuries that may be incurred against the above named student, on or off the ice in any circumstances related to the above’s attendance at MIDWEST GOALIE SCHOOL. Any suggested workout, conditioning, yoga, or mobility training is an aid towards physical fitness and not a substitute for fixing any pre-existing injuries or preventing the possibility of injury. All recommended workout videos should be done with care and attention for your own body and its physical capabilities.
